Roles & Responsibilities

  • Exemplify Stampin' Up!'s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
  • Audit Item Creation setup in company systems, ensuring correct setup, price, and date based on the item type and intended end-use.
  • Manage all required item attributes and ensure they are properly submitted in the Item Creation Process.
  • Partner with individuals throughout Product Management and supply chain to research and resolve all Item Setup discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary to ensure accurate and complete setup.
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to end users on creating and initiating product item setup within the appropriate systems, to increase understanding of the required steps, processes and hand-offs and ensure accurate and timely item setup.
  • Provide reporting and data analysis within the Item Creation system and information to other departments to facilitate process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and the Business to test and improve Item Creation reports.

Requirements

  • Proven skills in business management, computer science, or related field and at least one to three years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues and strategically initiate/generate proactive solutions through good decision-making, detail-oriented analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to facilitate projects and maintain confidential information to protect the company's interests.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision in an independent manner as well supporting the needs of a team.
