Job Summary: Assist demonstrators in identifying how they can build their businesses specific to sales, recruiting, and team development. Help demonstrators maximize the Compensation Plan through conversations targeted at pinpointing problem areas, goal setting, coaching, and personal accountability.


Essential Job Functions:

  1. Schedule and engage in regular coaching calls with the purpose of identifying and eliminating the barriers that prevent business growth.
  2. Review participant profiles and provide details on the state of individual businesses with the purpose of identifying areas where demonstrators may maximize the benefits of the Compensation Plan.
  3. Lead the goal-setting process, track goals, follow up on progress, and hold participating demonstrators accountable for results. 
  4. Support sales division initiatives and collaborate efforts and feedback with demonstrator development managers and other departments as needed.
  5. Regularly and proactively praise demonstrators for their accomplishments.
  6. Identify performance and engagement issues that relate to the program, and effectively address them.
  7. Utilize department coaching practices to maintain a consistent and uniform curriculum and approach.
  8. Promote the feeling within the demonstrator base of having a direct connection to the company.
  9. Confidently and positively represent the company in written and verbal communication with demonstrators.
  10. Strive to build morale and spread a positive attitude among the demonstrators and the business development team.
  11. Assist with various training needs, including teleconferences, Facebook live events, team training, and other department training assignments.
  12. Assist with various programs, projects, and assignments as designated by supervisor.



  1. High school graduate or equivalent education.
  2. Verbal and written fluency in both English and French languages.
  3. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with professional email and telephone etiquette.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Compensation Plan, company policies, procedures, and applications (Score/OEX).
  5. General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  6. Attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
  7. Strong leadership and communication skills.


Other Skills and Abilities:

  1. Must possess willingness to engage in in-depth coaching conversations with an emphasis in identifying key learning areas and needs.
  2. Prior coaching experience a plus.
  3. Ability to tactfully hold program participants accountable.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
